SPIKA QUESTIONNAIRE GIVEAWAY
Be in to WIN a $100 Spika voucher
Promotion valid from 12:01am (AEST) 30 April 2026 to 11:59pm (AEST) 15 May 2026. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible. Only one entry per person. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified
Enter by completing the Spika customer questionnaire and confirming your email address. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person
There are fifteen (15) prizes, each consisting of one (1) Spika online store voucher valued at AUD $100.00 ("the Prize"). Total prize pool value: AUD $1,500.00. Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Spika may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize becomes unavailable.
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries conducted on 18 May 2026 at I12.00pm at Spika HQ, Melbourne VIC. The draw will be conducted by an authorised representative of the Spika. Each entrant may only win one (1) Prize.
Winners will be notified via the email address they have entered with, within 5 business days of the draw. Winners must claim their Prize within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed Prizes may result in forfeiture and a redraw. Winners' names will be published online at spika.com.au by 30 May 2026.
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information to conduct the competition and publicise the outcome, in accordance with the Spika Privacy Policy at Spika handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. Spika's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Spika reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits fraudulent entries. If the competition cannot run as planned for any reason, Spika may modify, suspend, or cancel it, subject to applicable law.
The Prize voucher is subject to the Spika online store terms. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
This competition is governed by the laws of Victoria. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state or territory.
