FATHER'S DAY SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION
The promoter of this competition is Spika Australia, whose registered postal address is at PO Box 8038, Carrum Downs, VIC, 3201, Australia. The competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Spika and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. To enter the competition, entrants need to comment on the official Spika Father's Day competition reel posted to Spika's official Instagram, Facebook or TikTok account, sharing the best piece of advice they would give their kids about hunting or getting outdoors, or the best piece of advice they were given themselves. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entrants do not need to comment on more than one platform to be eligible. Entries must be the entrant's own original words and must not contain material that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful or that infringes the rights of any third party. The promoter reserves the right to disregard or remove any entry that does not meet these requirements, or that it reasonably believes has been submitted fraudulently. Closing date for entry will be 06 September 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All eligible entries received across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok will be reviewed together by a panel of Spika staff, and one winner will be chosen on 07 September 2026 on the basis of the entry judged to be the most genuine, original and in keeping with the spirit of the competition. The winner will be notified by a reply to their comment and/or a direct message on the platform they entered on, within 7 days of judging. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries. The winner will receive one prize worth $500.00, which consists of a Spika Gift Card redeemable at spika.com.au. There is only one prize available across all official Spika social media accounts combined. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. By entering, entrants grant the promoter permission to reproduce, publish and share their entry and social media username across Spika's marketing channels in connection with this competition, without further compensation. Any personal information collected from the winner will be used only for the purposes of conducting this competition and delivering the prize, and will be handled in accordance with Spika's Privacy Policy. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram and Facebook) or TikTok. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. The promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected or not received due to technical failure, platform outage or any other cause outside its reasonable control. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
