These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, including the purchase of goods or services over this website. Henty Fieldays Expo "Guess the Weight" Promotion

  1. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms. Promoter: Spika Pty Ltd, ABN 57 143 530 385, 39 Colemans Rd, Carrum Downs, VIC 3201.
  2. Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and associated agencies are ineligible.
  3. The promotion opens 00:01 AEST 22 September 2026 and closes 23:59 AEST 24 September 2026.
  4. To enter, scan the QR code at the Spika stand or supplied by Spika staff, and submit your guess of the weight of the Drover II 35L pack with your name and email address. Entry is free. One entry per person. Incomplete, fraudulent or duplicate entries are invalid.
  5. The pack is weighed by the Promoter before the promotion opens and the recorded weight is final. The winner is the entrant whose guess is closest to that weight, above or below. Where two or more entrants submit the same closest guess, the winner is drawn at random from those entries at 39 Colemans Rd, Carrum Downs, VIC 3201 within 7 days of the close of the promotion.
  6. The winner is notified by email to the address provided at entry and must respond to claim the prize. If no response is received within 7 days of first contact, the entry is forfeited and the prize passes to the next closest guess. This continues until the prize is claimed.
  7. The prize consists of one Drover II 35L Pack (RRP $339.96).
  8. Values are recommended retail prices as at 25 August 2026 and are not based on any promotional price applying at the time of claim.
  9. Prize items are subject to availability. Where a selected item is unavailable, the Promoter will offer an alternative of equal or greater recommended retail value. No rain checks. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure SSL payment gateway server. Our bank may request Spika to provide some additional information for us to process your order. This order can include ID in the name of the sale, or a copy of the card used to make the purchase. If these items cannot be produced the money will be refunded and order not processed.

Delivery

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
